Products overview
Ultra-microporous
Carbon Brick
Manufactured using premium ultra-high-temperature electrically calcined anthracite as the primary raw material, enriched with high-thermal-conductivity artificial graphite and industrial silicon additives, and bonded with modified pitch. Through a rigorous process of kneading, forming, high-temperature calcination, and precision finishing, this brick delivers excellent microporosity, high thermal conductivity, and low gas permeability -- effectively slowing erosion of the blast furnace lining and preventing molten iron infiltration. Ideal for the upper hearth bottom, taphole zone, and bosh areas of medium-to-large blast furnaces.

Applications
Where Ultra-microporous Excels
Trusted across demanding industrial environments where thermal performance, durability, and reliability are non-negotiable.

Application Environment
Blast Furnace Hearth
Ideal for hearth walls and bottom linings in large-volume blast furnaces, where resistance to molten iron, slag penetration, and extreme thermal gradients is critical for extended campaign life.

Application Environment
Taphole & Tuyere Zone
Deployed in high-wear taphole and tuyere regions where cyclic thermal shock, abrasive gas flow, and direct contact with liquid iron demand the highest level of structural and chemical stability.
Application Environment
Submerged Arc Furnace
Applied in SAF linings for ferroalloy and silicon production, where the combination of high operating temperatures, corrosive melts, and reducing atmospheres requires exceptional material performance.

Application Environment
Coke Oven & Gasifier
Employed in coke oven walls and coal gasifier linings where prolonged exposure to high temperatures, reducing gases, and alkali vapors demands a lining material with outstanding long-term stability.
